No. Contracts — flat per-pull rates, after-hours coverage, reporting portal — are our core business, but we also run one-time and per-incident pulls for properties that prefer them. Roadside is always pay-per-visit with flat posted rates.
Our average is 18 minutes inside the city and under 40 anywhere in the 30-mile radius. Late at night and on winter mornings it's often faster — that's when the wrecker roads are empty.
Your contract terms decide. Most properties bill the vehicle owner directly; where applicable we file the Wisconsin lien and walk you through notice and lien-sale timelines. We never make that call for you — we just make sure the paper trail is bulletproof when it comes to that.
